If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must immediately stop accessing and using the Service.
An individual User must be at least 18 years old and have full civil legal capacity under applicable law to enter into transactions.
Where a User acts on behalf of an organization/business, the person performing the transaction warrants that they have full legal authority to represent that organization/business.
Users are not permitted to use the Service if such use is prohibited or restricted by the laws of Vietnam or the laws of the User's country of residence.
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
Strictly prohibited: Using false information; impersonating another person; using a third party's information without authorization; creating multiple accounts to commit fraud or evade enforcement measures.
Users are responsible for keeping their account, password, API Key, Token, and other authentication methods secure.
Users bear full responsibility for all activity occurring under their account, except where it can be proven that the incident arose directly from a technical fault in ProxyZing.Com's systems.
If a User discovers unauthorized access to their account or a security breach, the User must immediately notify ProxyZing.Com to receive support in temporarily locking the account.
A proxy is an intermediary technical service that enables network connections through IP addresses provided by ProxyZing.Com or its infrastructure partners.
Depending on the product type, proxy specifications (IP type, IPv4/IPv6, country, HTTP/SOCKS protocol, bandwidth, speed, connection limits) are described in detail on the product page at the time of the transaction.
ProxyZing.Com may directly operate or partner with infrastructure providers, data centers, and technical partners inside and outside Vietnam to provide proxies.
Certain technical factors may depend on third-party providers. ProxyZing.Com makes reasonable efforts to select quality infrastructure but does not guarantee that any given IP address will never be blocked by any third-party website/platform on the Internet.
Users commit to using the Service only for lawful purposes. When using the Service, Users must strictly comply with:
ProxyZing.Com's proxy service is purely an intermediary technology tool and shall never be construed as permitting or condoning any unlawful conduct.
Users are not permitted to use the Service to perform or assist in any of the following conduct:
Distributing, controlling, or hosting Viruses, Trojans, Ransomware, Spyware, Keyloggers, Botnets, or any other malicious software.
ProxyZing.Com does not prohibit automation, bots, or data scraping that complies with applicable law.
Users must ensure that such activities do not violate the target website's terms, do not cause overload, do not involve unauthorized intrusion, and do not violate any law. Users are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from such activities.
Third-party platforms may apply security mechanisms (Anti-bot, Firewall, IP Whitelist/Blacklist, Rate Limit) that restrict proxies. Users are responsible for verifying compatibility themselves. A proxy being blocked by a specific platform is not automatically considered a technical fault of ProxyZing.Com.
ProxyZing.Com is committed to making reasonable efforts to maintain system stability.
However, connection quality may be affected by international Internet transmission, network provider incidents, infrastructure providers, or third-party firewalls. ProxyZing.Com does not guarantee that the Service will operate with 100% uninterrupted availability.
ProxyZing.Com reserves the right to temporarily suspend part or all of the Service for maintenance, system upgrades, or to address information security incidents, and will provide advance notice on the Website where possible.
Where a proxy experiences a technical fault originating from ProxyZing.Com's infrastructure, the User is entitled to submit a support request.
Depending on the case, ProxyZing.Com will apply measures such as: fixing the fault, replacing the IP address, compensating downtime, or refunding the corresponding balance in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Service prices are publicly listed on the Website at any given time.
The account balance on the Website may only be used to pay for ProxyZing.Com's internal products/services; it has no cash conversion value and is not a deposit, financial asset, or state-licensed means of payment.
The refund process and conditions are set out in detail in the Refund Policy published separately on the Website. ProxyZing.Com reserves the right to refuse a refund where the User has violated the Terms of Service or used the Service for an unlawful purpose.
Where a User is found to have violated these Terms, or where an abuse report is received from a competent authority, network provider, or third party, ProxyZing.Com may immediately apply measures such as: warning, restricting features, disconnecting the proxy, disabling the API Key, temporarily locking, or terminating the account, without prior notice and without any obligation to issue a refund.
ProxyZing.Com is responsible for cooperating with competent state authorities in providing information to address violations of the law as required.
ProxyZing.Com collects and processes personal data in accordance with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP and the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
To ensure network information security and comply with the Cybersecurity Law 2018, ProxyZing.Com retains system logs, access logs, connection IPs, and transaction history for the period required by law, in order to support management and to provide such information upon a written request from the police or a competent state management authority.
The ProxyZing.Com trade name, logo, source code, interface, design, content, and other intellectual property on the Website are the lawful property of ProxyZing.Com. Any copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the extent permitted by law, ProxyZing.Com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business interruption, data loss, or loss of profit) arising from a User's violation of these Terms, a third party's blocking of an IP address, or incidents beyond reasonable control.
Liability cap: In all cases, ProxyZing.Com's total liability for damages for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the User for the affected service package during the one (01) month immediately preceding the incident.
Neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations if it is unable to perform them due to a Force Majeure event (as defined under the laws of Vietnam), including natural disasters, epidemics, fire, large-scale submarine cable disruption, national data center incidents, large-scale cyberattacks, or new decisions/regulations from a competent state authority.
ProxyZing.Com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms to comply with legal requirements or its operating model. The updated version takes effect from the time it is published on the Website. A User's continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation and good-faith mediation.
Where the parties are unable to reach an amicable resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be brought before the competent People's Court in the location of ProxyZing.Com's head office, in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
