• Testing the customer's own websites and applications;
• Market research;
• Collecting publicly available data at a reasonable frequency;
• Checking regional content availability;
• SEO and search result monitoring;
• Website monitoring;
• Testing systems owned by, or authorized for, the customer;
• Automating lawful tasks;
• Managing accounts and lawful online activity;
• Other purposes not prohibited by law or by the service's rules.

The fact that an activity is technically possible through a proxy does not mean it is permitted by ProxyZing.Com.

4. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use ProxyZing.Com to carry out, assist, or facilitate any of the following activities.

4.1. Attacks or Disruption of Systems

Strictly prohibited:

• DDoS;
• DoS;
• Flooding;
• SYN flood;
• UDP flood;
• HTTP flood;
• Overloading servers;
• Sending a large volume of requests intended to degrade or disrupt a service;
• Intentionally impairing the availability of a system;
• Exploiting a proxy to sabotage a third party's system.

4.2. Unauthorized Intrusion

Strictly prohibited to use a proxy to:

• Gain unauthorized access to a system;
• Bypass authentication mechanisms without authorization;
• Exploit vulnerabilities without authorization;
• Carry out brute-force attacks;
• Carry out credential stuffing;
• Carry out password spraying;
• Scan systems in order to facilitate unauthorized intrusion;
• Take control of an account;
• Steal login credentials;
• Evade security measures in order to carry out an unlawful act.

Security testing may only be performed on systems the customer owns or has lawful authorization to test.

5. Malware

Proxies must not be used to distribute, control, or support:

• Viruses;
• Worms;
• Trojans;
• Ransomware;
• Spyware;
• Botnets;
• Keyloggers;
• Malware;
• Other malicious software or code.

The Service must not be used to control or maintain infrastructure that supports the distribution of malware.

6. Phishing and Fraud

Strictly prohibited to use a proxy for:

• Phishing;
• Impersonating a website;
• Impersonating a brand or organization;
• Unauthorized collection of passwords;
• Stealing account information;
• Financial fraud;
• Transaction fraud;
• Impersonating another person or organization;
• Social engineering aimed at misappropriating information or assets.

7. Spam and Mass Messaging

Proxies must not be used to carry out:

• Email spam;
• Comment spam;
• Message spam;
• Account registration spam;
• Form spam;
• Sending bulk requests that affect a system;
• Sending unsolicited advertising content;
• Creating or operating a system for distributing spam.

Automated requests may only be sent at a reasonable level and in accordance with the rules of the target website or service.

8. Fraud and System Manipulation

Strictly prohibited to use a proxy to:

• Commit payment fraud;
• Commit promotional fraud;
• Abuse referral programs;
• Create mass accounts for improper gain;
• Manipulate views, likes, votes, or engagement;
• Commit ad fraud;
• Falsify traffic;
• Evade limits in order to commit fraud;
• Abuse a third party's rewards or incentive programs.

9. Privacy and Personal Data Violations

Proxies must not be used to:

• Unlawfully collect personal data;
• Steal personal information;
• Unlawfully track another person;
• Unlawfully collect account information;
• Infringe on privacy;
• Unlawfully disclose or distribute personal data;
• Violate applicable personal data protection laws.

The collection of publicly available data must be carried out in accordance with the law and the rules of the relevant website or platform.

10. Intellectual Property Infringement

The Service must not be used to support:

• Distribution of content that infringes copyright;
• Trademark infringement;
• Distribution of unauthorized content;
• Misappropriation or unauthorized use of intellectual property;
• Other conduct that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

11. Unlawful Content

Customers must:

• Respect request limits;
• Not intentionally cause overload;
• Not bypass security mechanisms to gain unauthorized access;
• Not unlawfully collect personal data;
• Not use collected data for an unlawful purpose.

ProxyZing.Com has the right to limit traffic or suspend a proxy if it detects automated activity that significantly affects the system or network.

13. No Use of Proxies to Evade Responsibility

A proxy is a technical tool that facilitates network connectivity and must not be used to conceal or evade legal responsibility for an unlawful act.

Using a proxy, changing an IP address, or using multiple IP addresses does not make an unlawful act lawful.

14. Compliance with Third-Party Rules

Customers must comply with:

• The terms of use of the target website;
• The platform's policies;
• The rules of the relevant service provider;
• Applicable law.

ProxyZing.Com does not guarantee that a proxy will be accepted by every third-party website or platform.

A website or platform may apply measures such as:

• CAPTCHA;
• Rate limiting;
• IP blocking;

• Additional verification;
• Other protective measures.

These measures are not automatically considered a defect in the proxy.

15. Resource Limits

Customers must not use the Service in a way that unreasonably impacts:

• Bandwidth;

• Servers;
• IP addresses;
• The proxy provider;
• Other customers;
• The stability of the Service.

ProxyZing.Com may apply appropriate technical limits to protect the system.

16. Monitoring and Abuse Detection

To protect the Service and handle incidents, ProxyZing.Com may use technical mechanisms to detect:

• Abnormal traffic;
• Excessive requests;
• Signs of an attack;
• Signs of spam;
• Fraudulent conduct;
• Conduct that violates this AUP;
• Events affecting system security.

Technical data is processed in accordance with ProxyZing.Com's Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy and applicable law.

ProxyZing.Com does not, by default, monitor or collect the content of every Internet activity of a customer simply because the customer uses a proxy.

17. Reporting Abuse

If a proxy or ProxyZing.Com's service is found to be used for suspicious activity or in violation of this AUP, a third party may submit a report to:

• A description of the conduct;

ProxyZing.Com may request additional information for verification.

18. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, ProxyZing.Com may apply one or more of the following measures:

Level 1 — Warning

Notify the customer and require that the violation cease.

Level 2 — Service Restriction

Limit speed, traffic, or certain related features to protect the system.

Level 3 — Suspension

Temporarily lock the proxy or account for investigation.

Level 4 — Termination

Terminate the right to use the Service for serious violations, repeat offenses, or conduct that poses a significant risk.

Level 5 — Cooperation with Authorities

Where there are grounds to believe a violation of the law has occurred, ProxyZing.Com may take the necessary measures required by law, including cooperating with competent authorities upon a lawful request.

19. Emergency Situations

ProxyZing.Com may temporarily restrict or immediately suspend the Service without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that continuing to provide the Service could:

• Endanger the system;
• Seriously affect the network;
• Cause harm to a third party;
• Involve an attack;
• Involve serious fraud;
• Violate the law;
• Create a significant risk for ProxyZing.Com or its providers.

After applying an emergency measure, ProxyZing.Com may carry out verification and notify the customer to the extent appropriate.

20. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Securing their account;
• Securing their proxy information;
• Controlling who is permitted to use their proxy;
• Ensuring their own software and systems are secure;
• Using the Service for its intended purpose;
• Complying with the law;
• Complying with this AUP;
• Complying with third-party rules.

If a customer discovers that their account or proxy has been used without authorization, they must notify ProxyZing.Com within a reasonable time.

21. Responsibility for Authorized Users

If a customer allows another person to use their account or proxy, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that the authorized user complies with this AUP.

Sharing an account or proxy does not relieve the account holder of responsibility for activity arising from that account, to the extent permitted by law.

22. No Guarantee That Every Activity Is Permitted

This AUP sets out general principles and cannot list every possible type of conduct.

ProxyZing.Com has the right to assess an activity based on:

• Its lawfulness;
• Its impact on the system;
• Its impact on third parties;
• The nature and scale of the traffic;
• The purpose of use;
• Information security risk;
• Other relevant factors.

If a customer is unsure whether an activity is permitted, they should contact ProxyZing.Com before proceeding.

23. Refunds in Cases of Violation

An account being restricted or terminated due to a violation of this AUP may affect the right to a refund or a service replacement.

Refunds are considered in accordance with ProxyZing.Com's Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

ProxyZing.Com does not use this AUP to remove a customer's lawful rights.

24. Cooperation with Proxy Providers

ProxyZing.Com may take the necessary enforcement measures when a proxy provider or network partner requests that abusive conduct be addressed.

Where a proxy is withdrawn, changed, or restricted by a provider for reasons related to network security or abuse, ProxyZing.Com may replace the proxy or apply another resolution consistent with its service policy.

25. Legal Compliance

Customers must use the Service in accordance with the laws of Vietnam and any other applicable law relevant to their activity.

This AUP is not intended to permit, encourage, or support any unlawful conduct.

26. Changes to This AUP

ProxyZing.Com may update this AUP to reflect:

• Changes to the Service;
• Changes in technology;
• Changes in security requirements;
• Changes in provider requirements;
• Changes in the law;
• Actual operational requirements.

The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from the date stated in the policy.
